If the Minneapolis-St Paul schools are closed on a given day due to a winter storm, Store to Door® will also be closed. WCCO radio station (830 AM) gives a complete listing of school closings. We will make every effort to deliver on another day but it may not always be possible. We suggest that you occasionally order some extra canned goods or frozen items should we not be able to deliver groceries on a particular week.
When a holiday falls on your regular ordering or delivery day, we will inform you (with plenty of notice) on the adjustments necessary to keep your groceries coming to you.
We strive to keep our database up to date, so please inform us as soon as possible of any changes of address, income, insurance provider, social worker, home phone number or cancellation of our service.
If you’ve not already done so, when first ordering, please be sure we have at least one emergency contact for you, in the event that we can’t reach you at your own address or phone number. In the event you’re not available for delivery, we must be able to reach someone who can be responsible for your delivery or someone who can update us on your situation.
If you have any problems or complaints about Store to Door®’s service or personnel, notify our office at 651.642.1892 as soon as possible. Please do NOT call your Volunteer Order Taker. We will do our best to correct the problem. Keep in mind that Store to Door® would not exist without the help of over 400 caring, devoted volunteers. We appreciate their help.
Again, we welcome you as a valued customer. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Store to Door® at 651.642.1892.
