Store to Door® Now Accepting SNAP (EBT/Food Stamp Benefits) as Grocery Payment Option
ST. PAUL, MINN. - January 2009 - Store To Door announced today that clients may now pay for their groceries using their EBT card.
"It has been a goal for us at Store To Door to negotiate with federal officials so that we could make it possible for our clients to use their EBT card to pay for their groceries," said Executive Director Mary Jo Schifsky.
"I am pleased to announce that clients have three ways to pay for their groceries - personal check, credit or debit card and now the EBT card," said Schifsky.
Store To Door is a nonprofit organization providing quality and affordable grocery shopping and prescription delivery services to aging adults in metro Twin Cities so they can continue to live independently.
